2. We help with obtaining a NIE for your property purchase or investment on the Costa del Sol. A NIE is an identification number, not a residence permit.
3. Our support includes arranging the police-station appointment, preparing the documents to submit and helping with the applicable fee procedure. We explain which documents and costs apply to your file.
4. We accompany you to the appointment and help follow up the application, coordinating with your purchase timetable. Issuing the NIE and processing times remain the administration’s responsibility.
5. Account opening takes place in person at a bank branch in Spain. We accompany you to institutions with which we have a good professional relationship.
