Registradores’ 2025 Yearbook reports a 32.80% foreign share of housing purchases in Málaga province. This is not limited to Málaga city, apartments or Moroccan buyers.

Across Spain, 29.31% of purchases by Moroccan nationals were homes of 60–80 m². Nationality is not residence; these figures do not identify Moroccan origin cities of Costa del Sol buyers.
